Why girls

For a long time engineering and STEM in general were considered man's fields. This have put women off and discouraged them to follow these disciplines. Even though majority of the world's population is women, there is only 30% of women in STEM professions compared to men. It is time to change that, we need you as young girls, to be the next generation of engineers and help bridge the gender gap. Looking forward to interacting and working with you.
