FOUNDER AND CHAIRPERSON - NDAKHONA BASHINGI
Ndakhona Bashingi, 26 years old holds a Master of Engineering in in Civil Engineering: Transportation with a focus on public transportation systems and ICT solutions. Through this association, she wishes to work tirelessly towards bridging the gender gap in engineering.

VICE CHAIRPERSON - NDULAMO KULI
Ndulamo Kuli is 24 year old graduate electrical engineer. She has been employed as a Junior Consulting Electrical Engineer since April 2016 at R & B Consulting Engineers. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Botswana. Also has a certificate in CCNA1 (Introduction to Computer Networking) from the Cisco Networking Academy. She intends to continue with her education to the highest level focusing on Electrical Power Engineering. Ndulamo Kuli is an active member of Botswana Student Network (BSN) and Young African Women in Leadership (YAWL). And as a member of the Engineering Fairy Association she intends to expand on her women empowerment initiative as she embarks on the fight against gender imbalance in the engineering industry.

SECRETARY - NGADZI PRECIOUS DUMUWA
Ngadzi is a 20years old second year Computer Systems Engineering student at Botswana Accountancy College. She is an officer at WoTech Botswana and also Google Developer Group's Women TechMakers Lead in Botswana

VICE SECRETARY -KEMO MORWESI KALASI
24 years old Kemo holds a degree in Mineral Engineering from University of Botswana, She is a self motivated, energertic young woman eager to offer her services through any forms of voluntarism. Kemo aspires to become a leader to all aspiring young ladies in engineering. To motivate and build them to boldly stand out, make a difference in their societies and help others as well.

TREASURE - AMUCHILANI CHIMIDZA
22years old Amuchilani is a Quantity Surverying student at Ba Isago University college.As part of the Engineering Fairy, she plans to take Engineering to young girls in Botswana and globally to show and lead by example that Woman can be engineers. I also intend to work hard for engineering fairy association so that it gets the recognition it deserves from the society.

Joined the association to help break the stereotypes little girls have against engineering and
25-year-old dressmaking student and owner of ByNzinga a design and clothing company sciencerelatedcarrers. "You can still be a classy, stylish, woman in engineering"

ADDITIONAL MEMBER -BASETSANA ELIZABETH OTSHABENG
25 years old Trainee Engineer holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Management
CARRER ASPIRATIONS: To develop a professional career in Construction Engineering and Management where I can apply and equip myself with all the needed skills and knowledge in my field so to become a construction engineer with desired qualities and beneficial to my country.
PLANS FOR THE ASSOCIATION: to help develop and confirm its position on the new social challenges of participation and leadership of professional women in a sustainable way, also helping in improving the representation of women engineers in attracting and retaining young females interested in becoming engineering professionals.

ADDITIONAL MEMBER - MASEGO ELIZABETH GOBOLAANG
24 Years old, Masego is a Construction Engineering and Management Graduate and works as a graduate Engineer at ARID Environmentalist Consultancy.
HER WORDS: STEM plays a vital role in our ever-changing lives. We live in a world where we have to keep up with the innovation and technology which are a necessity be it human satisfaction or communication. As one of the “fairies” I look forward to empowering young girls from a tender age to be able to engage in these career fields even beyond the classroom. “Endowing women of today to be the drivers of tomorrow”

EngineeringFairy is an association made of young women, mostly engineers, engineering graduates and students on an initiative to combat the gender imbalance in the engineering industry. As a team we aim to promote engineering disciplines as career choices for girls from a young age, challenging stereotypes and bridging the gender gap in engineering.
